Come find peace and tranquility in our ‘Stuart Poolside Oasis’! Complete with a screened in POOL, BBQ GRILL, A/C, and fenced in yard we have space and amenities for the whole family to relax and enjoy all the region has to offer. Located minutes from Dixie Highway (US -1) we are halfway between the nightlife in downtown Stuart, FL and the endless sandy beaches of Hutchinson Island (~ 10 minute drive to beaches/downtown). We hope our home will be the perfect base for your family vacation!

The space

Our house is a well decorated, well lit, modern three bedroom/two bath with everything you need to make the space feel like home. When you walk in the house natural light shines in on our comfortable living room with plush couches, ample seating, and big screen tv. Adjacent to the living room we have a large dining and kitchen area complete with everything you need to cook and enjoy a homemade meal. The home has central AC to keep everything cool and comfortable.

As you walk through the french doors to the pool area you will find our ‘Stuart Poolside Oasis’, a secluded screened in pool and spacious back yard. Our screened in pool has a covered outdoor dining area, seating area, and lounge chairs to lay by the pool. You can enjoy an outdoor family dinner under soft night pool lighting or kick your feet up and drink your morning coffee as you relax on our outdoor sofa and lounge chairs in the shade.

The house has a large master bedroom with a private, newly renovated bathroom. Two guest bedrooms that share the second bathroom (w/ tub). A washer/dryer room. And an extra fourth room that can be used as a dedicated workspace if someone in your group needs to get work done.

We provide everything you need to enjoy your time with pool toys, lounge chairs to tan by the pool, and chairs to bring to the beach.

Living Areas

Our ranch style house has an open design that makes it comfortable to relax and watch TV, dine, and hang by the pool. Our kitchen table seats four people. Our covered outdoor dining table seats four people. Our outdoor seating area has a couch, two love seats, and a coffee table that can seat four people and makes the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast. You can easily move chairs around to add capacity indoors/outdoors. There are also two ceiling fans in our covered pool space to keep you cool in the shade.

Outdoors

- Our house has a fenced in back yard that locks and is secure with plenty of room to play yard games. The fencing is child proof so you can be confident your kids are secure in our yard
-Beautiful enclosed pool (please note the pool is not heated)
- BBQ Grill – located on the back patio along with all required grilling supplies
- Parking – We have ample parking at the house to accommodate up to four cars

- Laundry Room Supplies: Supply of laundry detergent to do laundry during your stay

- A/C – Newly replaced air conditioner keeps the house cool and comfortable
- WiFi – Fast Xfinity wifi with strong signal across the entire house including by the pool
- Smart Key + Ring Doorbell – We have a smart key for keyless entry to the property. You will be provided an access code prior to arrival to the property. We also have a Ring doorbell for security purposes – please note this camera looks outwards and is for security purposes. There are no other cameras on the property

House Rules
- We have a maximum overnight capacity of six guests at our house. A maximum of ten guests are welcome during the day
- No glass is permitted by the pool – We have plastic drinkware for use outside
- There is no smoking, vaping, or drug use permitted on our property
- No parties or gatherings are permitted at our house. We have quiet hours between 8PM and 8AM to respect our neighbors
- Our pool is uncovered, all users under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Guests assume and accept all risks in using the pool while at the house. The pool is cleaned on a weekly basis
- There is no parking on the street at any time which is enforced by the town. Please park in our driveway
- PET POLICY - Pets are welcome in our house with pre-approval. We charge a $100 additional fee per pet, per stay. Owners are expected to keep pets off furniture and clean up all dog poop in the the fenced in back yard. If the dog is left unattended it is expected to be kept in a crate. All accidents must be cleaned up immediately. If there is damage due to the pet, you will be assessed the cost of cleaning it up/repairing.
